- Exterior needs to show pride of ownership
- Photos are preferred on all homes
- Special Form and Replacement Cost are available for dwellings under 25 years old; and for those with acceptable roof, electrical and plumbing updates
- Acceptable Loss Runs
- Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors per code
