I know that Applied's The Agency Manager (TAM) can appear spendy, It does all of the things you mentioned and a lot more i.e. bookkeeping/accounting, invoiceing cleints, emailing applications, binders and loss reports, merging client letters and a lot more. GregCW

MARS is a pretty good systems, as well as Easy Apps Pro.. if you are planning to do a lot of personal lines vs. commercial - I would go with Easy Apps Pro.
