Small P&C Agency looking for efficient computer program for forms completion and saving and policy management and renewal reminders...in NYI know that Applied's The Agency Manager (TAM) can appear spendy, It does all of the things you mentioned and a lot more i.e. bookkeeping/accounting, invoiceing cleints, emailing applications, binders and loss reports, merging client letters and a lot more. MARS is a pretty good systems, as well as Easy Apps Pro.. if you are planning to do a lot of personal lines vs. commercial - I would go with Easy Apps Pro.
