Eligibility Requirements – All territories except NY, GA and FL counties of Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach
- Up to 500 units
- No more than 2 swimming pools
- No restriction on the number of employees
- Maximum of three owned auto
- Underlying Carrier with AM Best Rating of A- VII or better
Florida Counties – Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach counties
- Up to 100 units
- No more than 1 swimming pool
- No more than 1 auto
- No more than 1 employee
- No vacation rentals
