Many standard carriers write them but Allied and Travelers are usually the most competitive. CIG is good for white table cloth restaurants because they are rated on sq footage as opposed to sales.

For the W/C, why not present them several PEO options? No deposit, pay on a per payroll basis, and more value for your compliance dollar.
