I am looking for a market for an off road vehicle tour guide service in California. They will have guided tours and unguided tours. Vehicles will be Range Rovers. Anyone out there know who would write this type of business?

You could try Philadelphia. I know that they do the guided, not sure on their stance these days on unguided tours. But with todays market, who knows!
