Our coverage options include protection for property damage, liability, and loss of rental income, among other benefits.
LRO is currently available for cannabis exposures only, including multi-tenant locations that include at least one cannabis tenant.
Specifics include:
- Coverage for up to 30,000 square feet
- $5 million total insurable value
- Business Income/Extra Expense up to 100% of rents, $500k maximum
- Coverage for Cannabis use and Mixed Cannabis/Other occupancies available
- Owner-occupants are excluded
- Coverage is not available for exposures including Bars, Restaurants, Garages, Residential Exposures, Gyms, among others.
At this time we only consider LRO if there is a cannabis exposure present. If there is not, we cannot offer terms.
