Hi Ed,
I am a wholesaler with access to an NEMT program. They must write the PL/GL piece with the auto (no monoline) and are much more competitive with fleets with lifts or ramps. Not sure if we can get it done for 7/15, but we can try if we can get the appls in today....let me know if you are interested and your contact info and I will get you the details!
