I have a Trucking for Hire & Cargo Broker client ( 45 tractors + 102 Trailers) in California, looking for the G.A who has Revenue Based Calculation carrier. Can anybody help us?

Paul,do they own the trucks & trailers or are they just the freight brokers?

and don't recomend Prime unluess you're going to discuss their personal gurantee clause

The guarante apply only in tha auto liability policy. Tha total deposit for the policy is 5k or a ouned vehicle as warranty

I'm aware that it's only for al when interstate which is probably what his client is. They look for the policy holder to indemnify them should they deny a claim then loose the suite
