Try Van Wagoner at 972-331-6599. They ran an ad in the Insurance Journal West Magazine April 9th issue Page 74 that they have a program for Mining Operations. Their website is www.vwcos.com

Our Company provides Liability and Physical Damage for the Coal Haulers, at a very reasonable price. We have an excluvise contract with a company for this type coverage in the state of Kentucky and West Virginia for the tractor/ trailers, and or dump truck operations.
