Back Real Estate Investment company

I am looking for a market for a real estate investement company that specializes in forclosed properties. They purchase the properties outright, or through probate, and fix them up and then sell them. They hold the properties for anywhere from 3-12 months. Looking for general liability for the operation and premises, and fire coverage for the properties (most of which are dwellings) on possibly a reporting form basis. Been in business since 2004, and have had no liability insurance. Only have property coverage on the buildings currently.
