Not sure why you wouldn't wriite a renters policy for this situation. Then write the commercial building as lessor's risk and apartment.

Thanks for your help, I had already thought of that, the problem is finding a market for the tenant HO. I have Allstate, Hartford, Travelers, Kemper, Safeco non of them will do. Also tried several Surplus Lines tenant HO markets. I don't know where to go
