Back Contingent Cargo Help

Hello there,

Can someone please help me I have a insured who needs contingent cargo with the following requirements 

All Risk Motor Cargo Policy with an insurer AM Best rated A- (A minus) or better including coverage for theft, fire, hijacking, unattended vehicles, non-team drivers, hazardous materials, consumer electronics, new garments, footwear, pharmaceuticals, computers and computer components and mechanical breakdown of a refrigeration unit subject to the above stated limits and with a deductible of no greater than $10,000 per occurrence.
