Looking for business auto market for a contractor with bad losses in 2019 in California. Wesco non-renewed and having hard time finding replacement carrier. Everest, Scottsdale, Topa, HDI and all of our standard markets have declined. Received indication from NICO for $121,000. Any other markets out there? This renews on 3/1/20.
