Property & GL for subdivision of homes owned by more than 1 individual & managed by property management company.

easier to get the coverage under the name of the management company. Be sure they have E & O as management company. don't know of a carrier that would write property owned by various people on the same policy. NO common ownership.

go under the name of the management association, and be sure they have E & O. I do not know of a carrier that would write various properties under difference names on the same policy. Not common ownership.
