Looking to retire from Insurance. Have an Agency in VA that does about 90% of Commercial Policies. The commission is around 100k per quarter per taxes. Plenty of room to grow I turn away about 5 clients a week because just no time to work them. 1 man operation with low overhead. Whats the going rate on selling an Agency right now and any good companies you know of that are buying.
