Back Need Event Insurance for a Private Home

I have a client in California who is having a wedding reception for a friend in their backyard. I have only found commerical event coverage which will not cover events held at a private residence. Thier homeowners carrier will not provide coverage. 

Does anyone know of a carrier that operates in California that can handle this type of risk?

A friend of mine had hired a public adjuster for the same event. He had visited flbestpublicadjusters and contacted the the PA.
