Back georgia trucker - local haul, need w/c

Hey guys, Does anyone have a Market for Workers Comp for a local Georgia trucker, 2 employees, 50k in payroll, no claims made in the past 3 years, no prior W/C exposure. Guy is in business since 2014. Amtrust, Guard and Travelers don't have appetites for the business. Thanks Rosty.
