Hello All,
We have several clients that are sole proprieters looking for Workers Comp coverage in PA to satisfy contract requirements to get on jobs.
Is there anyone that will write a Ghost Policy (no payroll) for WC? Many of these Sole Proprietors have never had employes or prior Comp coverage.

A friend of mine opened an A rated insurance company and his first program is a minimum premium work comp policy for sole proprietors and owner operators.
