Hello,
We have a large staffing agency account who subs teachers for elementary, middle and high school teachers. They have operations in PA/NJ.
They are currently with Guarantee who has gone insolvent and we have been trying to replace coverage for the past few weeks. The Guarantee policy is automatically canceling on December 27th and we are on the verge of going back to the SWIF and NJCRIB for coverage.
Is there anyone that will write this risk other than the State Fund?
Please let me know asap if you can assist!!

Southeast Personnel (PEO), Amtrust, Employers and V3, Everest, AIG, Travelers, Key Risk, Benchmark, Trion, Liberty Mutual, Hartford, MIG Insurance, Get People Quotes, NSM, WWSPI, Guard, CV Star, Sagamore, Berkshire Homestate, Zurich, Arrow Brokers, Empire Underwrites, Cluett Insurance and Axis have been approached so far. Insured will not take a PEO that does payroll services.
