I think Philly is still sublimiting that coverage within their form. I know they used to but haven't written a group home in a couple years so that may have changed. If they still do, try to find access to Great American. They have a very nice program and, again, I think they do not sublimit that line of coverage.

Who writes the rest of the coverage? What limits do they currently have? The current carrier can't endorse abuse/molestation to the policy? Tonya Randio / US Risk Underwriters tonyar@usrisk.com

Lexington has a program for monline sexual abuse/molestation. Steep premiums though - last time I checked the minimum premium was $25,000.

I have access to a Lloyds Market that will entertain this type of coverage. But, as was mentioned before, the minimum premium is going to be in the $25,000 range. Thom Bradshaw TCBTI, LLC thom@tcbins.com
