I have client wants to open Trucking -for -hire , using STARIGHT TRUCK within 100 mile radius. AMAZON requires 1 MM GL + 1 MM AL + $100k CARGO .Does anyone know the market?

Have you tried Progressive? They sometimes will do the GL too.

Find out what your client is expecting first. No need to waste your time just to give him sticker shock. 10-14k per truck just for AL isn't uncommon in the current market for a new venture. 2-5% APD rate. XS around 30-50% of underlying AL

Almosr all starting business as Owner-operator ( no- growth in the future). How can I get an access to get a AL quote? How can I secure $100k limits of Cargo? Wahy would I need XS? Please advise me.Thank you so much.

Quote Progressive or Berkshire/NICO. Call some of your trucking MGA and ask if they might have a new venture program. Everyone will quote cargo that won't be hard to find. You need the XS because Amazon requires it. Honestly if he's using o/o this isn't going to be feasable for him. I've heard nothing good about hauling for Amazon and even asset based operations are struggling with them. All my clients stopped hauling for them
