hello, we are a retail agency and have a decent amount of public auto accounts that are being non-renewed by a major provider effecive 1-1. accounts consist of limo, tours, shuttles, etc - mostly 1-10 units. we are an experienced transportation agency based out of CA.

thank you for the advice. TIB, KF&B and RLI are not accepting appointments. for CA public auto Lancer goes through TIB so.... 5Star is a good one but cannot handle every account. thanks again.

Not sure about CA, but maybe National Indemnity, National Interstate for your fleets.
