Have applicant that is new venture that needs coverage for Salt Water Hauling in Texas. Coverages needed are commercial auto 1,000,000 GL 1,000,000 and 5,000,000 umbrella policy underlying auto and GL. Owner of company has less then 2 years experience. National Liability and Fire decline to quote the risk due to owner experience and not being the owner of the power unit.
