I have a risk in FL that I am trying to find a market for.
There are three separate compounds in addition to the main house. (4 Separate structures overall)
The main house will be their primary and the three compounds will all be rented out with Air BNB exposure.
I did hear back from Johnson & Johnson and Bass Underwriters. They could not guarantee they could quote and bind the risk but are willing to take a look at it and check with their available markets.
Any feedback/information/assistance you can provide would be appreciated!
