Back Need PL,GL program with sex and abuse for Fitness, PE instructor for a school

We have a fitness instructor who works at a school in California, he has a liability package with Sex and Abuse included, however the schools are now requiring 1 mill limit for the Sex and Abuse, and the current carrier cannot go higher than $400,000, would like to know if anyone has a PL,GL package that can cover him and include the Sex and Abuse?
