Please see below for brief explanation of the insureds operation and contact me if you have a market at acho@discoveryins.com. Thank you.

Operations:

  • The insured’s employees conduct the unloading and stacking of food products and dry goods that has been delivered to the customers locations by trucking companies. As trucks carrying loads of merchandises back up to loading docks at the customer’s locations, the insured’s employees unload the merchandise from trucks utilizing pallet jacks. The unloaded food products and dry goods are stacked and placed at the storage warehouse door, after which, the customers’ employees move the merchandise into the warehouse cold storage area or other areas for storage.
  • This is not a Staffing operation, operated by directly employed employees, and does not engage in trucking or warehouse operations.
  • The Janitorial operation serves cleaning and maintenance of docking areas at customer’s locations.
  • An outside sales staff travels to customers locations to promote the insured’s business, sales call on potential customers, evaluate customer’s needs, negotiates terms of sales and writes orders.
  • A clerical performs desk work including typing, filing, bookkeeping, payroll, accounting and other administration tasks.
