Back Promotional vehicle for hot rod shop

Our customer is a auto shop who modifies vehicles has a Garage policy for Non-Owned/Customer's Autos only. Owned vehicles are not eligible. They have purchased a vehicle to use for advertising/promotional purposes. It is a direct import from Japan and will only be used at car shows. It's driven less than 3000 miles per year. Any ideas?
