Back Lead Contamination Coverage

One of our customers is a wholesale distributor of stationary products including pens, pencils, deskware items, etc. 95% of the products distributed are imported from China. Current GL coverage contains a lead contamination exclusion, and current carrier will not remove this exclusion. Is there a specialty market available willing to cover just the lead contamination exposure? If so, what is the minimum premium if known.
