Where can I find Personal Auto AB D G for a Celebrity with a bad driving record. State of California.

Try Entertainment Brokers Inernational @ 310-824-0111. I believe they write Commercial Auto policies in personal names. I don't know their underwriting guidelines. They also have Prestige Solutions (non-admitted for affluent personal lines).
Also, Progressive might be an alternative.

Robert Moreno Insurance Services (RMIS) (800.541.7445 or rmismga.com) has the ICW program that insures high-end vehicles. The driving record is only problematic in that your Insured will have to pay the extra premium. Good Luck!
