Is there any other way to obtain X mod worksheets from the WCIRB in CA besides requesting them from the current carrier?

Use Intellicomp - the website is www.exmod.com. It will not give you the worksheets but the report does show the prior x-mods and the current class codes.

If you're willing to pay for them you can get them directly from the WCIRB with a signed authorization from the insured: https://wcirbonline.org/product_services/pdf/Form_801_PHprodorder_1105_elec.pdf

Get an authorization letter from your client to submit to the CA Rating Board for the information. Thanks for the responses. I have grown tired of waiting for SCIF to respond so I will just pay for them.
