Back Physical Damage Only Spot Auto Insurance

I'm looking for a carrier/administrator that writes a physical damage only spot auto insurance delivery plan for new and independent car dealers. This plan would provide an instant auto insurance policy via internet or fax when the dealership is faced with a customer that does not have auto insurance at the time of sale. This plan would only include physical damage only with $500 ded and no liability so they can deliver the vehicle and cash their sales contract. Plan can be based on a cost per day or off the sale price of the vehicle. A rated carrier preferred but not required. Any suggestion on who to call? Thanks! Brad
