Back Liability for Rental Car Company

Florida: I am trying to procure liability insurance for a rental car company of exotic vehicles. I have already procured their premise exposure and physical damage while on the lot, however the insured is looking for a policy which will cover the clients driving the vehicles excess to their own insurance. Any help would be appreciated.
