Back Financial / Surety Bond

My client is about to sign a lease in GA for an office. The Landlord is requiring a Rental Guarantee Bond for 3 years of a 7 year lease. Has anyone ever heard of such a bond and if so who writes them...... Thank you,

Yes, this is an available bond. Of course it is subject to full underwriting of the client.
