New York State Insurance Fund takes all comers as long as Federal ID, name and address clear and there are no past premiums owed to State Fund Their record keeping goes back many years. They have double and triple checks to clear the name.That is exactly the problem with this account. The insured owes State Fund money on a prior business they insured with them.
