I have a Massachusetts client who is working as a contruction manager/consultant for individuals who are building homes . He will obtain bids and make recommendations but the homeowner does all hiring of the subcontractors and pays them directly. He is paid either a flat fee for the job or a fee based on 15-20% of the construction costs.
He has over 3 years of experience has a home builder and has recently changed business to this type of arrangement.
He is looking for GL .
