Back Blasting Contractor

We are working with a new prospect who is a blasting contractor located in northern California. We are looking for worker's compensation markets who may be interested in this class (class 1330). Payroll around $1.3mil and mod below 1.00. To date, we find that AIG and ACE may be players along with State Compensation Insurance Fund. Any other markets that you may know of? Thanks for your input.
