i write new ventures in CA for the past 8 years, but if this is an UBER affiliate, forget it. most carriers will not write them even if they have 3 plus years of prior, be careful who you place business with if it is UBER, carriers do have fine print & or UW guideline stating that, unfortunately some producers are willing to not disclose it...
