Back $5000000 Auto Liability in one contract for account carrying explosive component

The FMCSA is requiring a $ 5,000,000 for one of our accounts, and it has to be on one policy. They want to deliver an ingredient that is considered a hazardous explosive component and were advisedthat they need a      $ 5,000,000 filing with the FMCSA. We were able to find a filing for Commerce and Industry (AIG) for                  $ 5,000,000 on a Sarch, we are looking to get to that market or another one who cando the filing.  Insured only has one vehicle.
