Back Commercial Auto Coverage in the northeast

I am having extreme difficulty placing several types of risks relating to commercial auto insurance. Non Emergency Medical Transport is especially difficult. Also have a few for hire submissions as well. If anyone knows of any markets for these types of risks please respond or contact me.
