Remodeling Commercial Residential Admitted Paper GCDescription
• Minimum Premiums between $1,000 and $1,500 depending on coverage limit
• Full Occurrence Form with limits up to $1,000,000/$2,000,000
• Choice of Three types of coverage forms
• Residential or Remodeling GC acceptable with annual receipts of $15 million or less and an individual project maximum of $3 million or less.
• Commercial GC acceptable with annual receipts of $45 million or less and an individual project maximum of $15 million or less.
• New Ventures are acceptable with a minimum of three (3) years building experience
• $1,000 BI/PD per Claim Deductible
• Blanket Additional Insured endorsement up to five (5) AI's
• Waiver of Subrogation available but must be approved.
Ineligible Risks:
• New construction of apartments, condominiums, townhouses, or tract homes over 5 units
• Any structural work, grading, excavation on slopes over 30% grade
• Any risk with construction defect claims, reported or not, in the last five (5) years
• More than 2 claims or incidences per $5,000 premium in 3 years
• Exterior work over 3 stories
• Other normal reinsurance exclusionary exposures, i.e., Asbestos work, chemical application, work for airports, railroads, etc.
