Our comprehensive Taxi Livery Insurance offers liability coverage that includes Bodily Injury (BI) to third-party individuals, Property Damage (PD) to third-party properties, mandatory Personal Injury Protection (PIP) as per New York State law, NYC TLC requirements, and more.
Maya will insure NYC TLC drivers with licenses out of state, i.e. New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut who operate within the limits of New York City – the driver must pick you up or drop you off in five boroughs.
New Jersey license TLC drivers are restricted to a seating capacity of seven.
