NTL Nontrucking Liability Truckers Commercial Auto LiabilityDescription
Non-Trucking Liability provides coverage to protect permanently leased owner operators, commonly referred to as Independent Contractors, against liability claims that occur when operating the vehicle for personal or non-business use. It fills a potential gap and helps to protect the motor carriers' primary liability policy.
Coverage is provided when the commercial vehicle is not furthering the business of the motor carrier. The return trip is considered within the dispatch loop.
Available Limits of Liability
$500,000, $1,000,000 or $1,500,000 CSL

Additional Insured Endorsement - $60/Year - For Motor Carriers to satisfy AI requirements per written contract
Occasional Driver Endorsement - $120/Year - For RV Haulers only. Perfect for someone who has no commercial experience but does occasionally drive the unit
National Drivers Association Membership
