Catalytic Risk Managers offers “Windstorm Only” and “Property All Risk” products on a non-admitted basis along with Earthquake and Flood coverage to commercial property owners in Florida and the coastal regions of the Gulf, Carolinas, Mid-Atlantic and the Northeastern seaboard. In addition, Catalytic offers several additional products, including “Windstorm Deductible Buybacks” and Windstorm coverage for “Named Storm Only” and “Hurricane Only.”
We work exclusively with regional or national wholesale brokers employing a conservative, but opportunistic risk selection strategy to provide coverage on:
- Buildings
- Business Personal Property
- Tenant Improvements and Betterments
- Business Income, Rental Value and Extra Expense
- Rental Value
- Additional Scheduled Property (signs, fences, pools, etc.)
- Ordinance or Law, Mold Clean-Up and Removal and TRIA coverage is written on an optional basis
- Equipment Breakdown
- Coastal flood including SHFA’s; zones A and V; written in conjunction with windstorm and/or all peril. Inland flood not targeted.
