- Exclusions: Hazmat, units over 125K miles/year, tow/auto haulers, gas haulers, residential waste

Hazardous Material/Waste Hauling
- Fleet size: 10 – 100 units
- Eligibility: Must haul at least 50% hazmat; 10% of revenuefrom hazmat
- Coverage limits: Up to $5M
- State restrictions: Not available in AK, LA, MA, NJ, DC
- Ineligible classes: Oilfield, explosives, refuse, residential deliveries, gas/ethanol, livestock, sand/gravel

- Requirements: Good CSA/SMS scores, 4+ years experience, financials for quote
- Preferences: Regional (<500 miles), no Northeast/ Massachusetts exposure
