AIU has a workers' compensation captive program with Amtrust for the healthcare industry which is an area of expertise for our group. • Currently valued loss runs (within 90 days of the effective date). 5 Years preferred.
• Details on losses over 25K
• Supplemental application is required for healthcare related accounts and preferred on other accounts (attached)
• Ex-Mod worksheet

How to Submit for P&C?

• Completed and Signed App (Non-AIU apps accepted)
