The MOTER Commercial Auto program provides tailored commercial auto liability and physical damage coverage for small to large fleet businesses in the Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) industry. Our Paratransit/NEMT Insurance Coverage Includes:
- Admitted program available in most states
- Liability limits up to $1M CSL plus physical damage coverage
- Minimum Requirements:
- 3+ years of operational experience
- 5+ units or a $25,000 minimum premium
- Vehicle Seating Capacity: Up to 14 passengers
- Vehicle Age Limit: Units older than 20 years are prohibited
- Driver Requirements: Drivers must be at least 23 years old (drivers aged 21-22 may be considered with a clean MVR)
