Since 1995, Arrowhead’s Personal Property program has offered residential property coverage with a focus on long-term agency and carrier relationships and underwriting discipline. Backed by an AM Best A+ XV rated carrier, this non-admitted homeowners program is available exclusively in California and provides flexible options for well-maintained properties.
Coverage highlights:
- Coverage A limits up to $1.5M for new business and up to $2.5M for renewals.
- One- to four-family owner-occupied dwellings
- Seasonal/secondary dwellings acceptable
- Consideration for prior losses
- Specified Additional Amount of Coverage A – 25% or 50%
- Dwellings built 1930 and newer
- Package endorsements available
- Program Credits – protective devices, renewal, tile roof, mature homeowner, renovated home, new purchase, guarded gate or limited community access
- Difference in conditions coverage available
Target markets:
- Standard to preferred homes located in California.
- Older well-maintained dwelling with updates
- Pride of ownership must be evident
- Dwellings with low exposure to wildfire
- Coverage A limits between $300,000 - $1,500,000 for new business; up to $2,500,000 Coverage A for renewals
