Unladen Liability provides coverage when an insured’s truck is not under load, “unladen,” regardless of dispatch status.
Options of $1,000,000 or $500,000 CSL limits available.
Pick-up Trucks and Tractors hauling RV’s or flatbed freight.
No Occasional Drivers allowed.
Additional Insured Endorsement: Available for Motor Carriers requiring this status via written contract.
Annual Premium = $60 per vehicle. No cost for additional owner or loss payee requirement.
Personal Carriage Endorsement: Provides coverage for an insured while attached to his/her own trailer, RV, etc. This endorsement does not provide coverage if the insured is being compensated for the use of their truck.
Annual Premium = $120 per unit.
National Drivers Association Membership
Each insured is automatically enrolled in the NDA Basic Membership costing $2/month. All policies with delegated underwriting authority are issued under a master policy via NDA. www.nationaldriversassociation.com
