Greenwood's Environmental General Liability Program offers comprehensive coverage with a minimum premium of $2,500. It caters to a wide range of contractors, including those involved in lead and asbestos abatement, mold remediation, industrial maintenance and cleaning, environmental response, remediation, restoration, fire, smoke, water, disaster response, waterproofing, and pest control. Additionally, manufacturers and distributors of chemicals, coatings, fertilizers, fireworks, lubricants, oils, paints, and soaps are eligible. The program also covers environmental products such as drums, barrels, landfill liners, remediation equipment, pumps, valves, and more. Fuel haulers and hazardous waste transporters are also considered. We offer endorsements for Products Pollution and Limited Product Recall Expense, and both Claims-Made and Occurrence coverage options are available.
Submission Requirements:
- Environmental application, fully detailing operations, signed, and dated by the insured upon binding
- ACORD applications, as applicable, must be signed and dated by the insured at the time of binding.
- A five-year loss summary, including descriptions for any losses exceeding $25,000
