A Custom Approach to Community Association Coverage
Our Tailored Community Association Plan (TCAP) offers agents a comprehensive portfolio of insurance products specifically designed to address the unique exposures faced by condominium, townhome and single-family community associations, among others.
We provide coverage for enhanced liability and property, full replacement cost, broad crime, equipment breakdown, directors and officers (D&O) liability and more. Using Marshall & Swift — the gold standard for building cost data — we help determine accurate replacement property values to ensure proper coverage amounts in the event of a loss.
In addition to brokering to our contract markets for multifamily HOA coverages, we also underwrite two exclusive in-house programs:
- Wind/Hail Deductible Buyback Program through Lloyd’s of London, typically for properties with TIVs under $100 million (larger risks can be referred as needed)
- Single-Family HOA Program with Nationwide E&S, providing property, general liability, hired and non-owned auto, crime and D&O coverage in a single package policy
Available across the continental U.S., TCAP programs help protect community associations’ property and assets against casualty losses, personal injury claims, property damage and catastrophic events. Coverage extends to directors, officers, trustees, employees, volunteers, committee members and the associations themselves for management liability exposures.
